Who am I
I am Martin, I have lived and worked in Harrogate my whole life and thoroughly enjoyed every second of building the lodge and renovating the cottage, I put a lot of hard work into making sure it would be just right for myself and I hope that others can see that too. My house’s original name was Bathingwell Cottage which was the home of the Head Gardener of Wighill Park Estate owned by Lord Hawk in days gone and I thought it was a fitting name for the cabin. I have tried to think of everything I would expect in a country lodge that I would stay in on a trip away. A place where both friends and family can enjoy, feel comfortable and safe while enjoying amazing views and a relaxing setting. The hot tub is a must and when the sun is setting you don’t get much better! I’ve also recently added a clay pizza oven in the lodge which can be used, just give me a shout for dough or anything else you may need, and I will always do my best to accommodate!
